Jack Baker is an internationally renowned drummer, record producer and songwriter from London, UK. Known as an exceptionally gifted live performer, as a studio musician he benefits from surgically precise timekeeping and a legendary pocket, underpinned by a deep and abiding musicality that enhances each and every recording he plays on.

As the rhythmic bedrock of Grammy-nominated electronic live act Bonobo, Jack has spent the past decade clocking up headline tours and festival performances around the globe, gracing many of the world’s most prestigious stages along the way.

From headline shows at venues such as Red Rocks and Sydney Opera House to major slots at Glastonbury and Coachella to TV and radio appearances on BBC and KEXP, his effortless groove, signature style and irresistible charisma routinely leaves audiences on all four corners of the world spellbound.

As well as acting as trusted timekeeper for Bonobo, Jack toured with US superstar Kelis in 2020, celebrating 20 years since her legendary album Kaleidoscope.

Jack is also a long-time cohort of UK soul sensation Alice Russell, having recorded, toured and co-handled writing and production duties with her since 2004. When he’s not out sharing his considerable talents with audiences around the world, Jack is often to be found at the helm of his own recording studio in London, from which he offers everything from in-house production to online recording sessions.
